Hours: 5 a.m. - 9 a.m., Monday - Friday
Responsibilities – Make the required sponge and dough for the day, helping with kneading.
Kneader (min. age 18)
Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
Responsibilities – Processing/baking the bread dough
Breakfast Counter
Hours: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., Monday - Saturday
Responsibilities – Taking customer orders, keeping the goodies counter filled, selling bread, making espresso drinks, making sandwiches and salads when needed.
Lunch Counter
Hours: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday - Saturday
Responsibilities – Taking orders, making sandwiches and salads, keeping the sandwich/salad station clean and stocked.
Closer
Hours: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Saturday
Responsibilities – Taking care of customers, selling goodies and bread, making sandwiches, salads and coffee drinks, cleaning, slicing and bagging bread and other closing operations.
